What we collect

Only what you enter in our quote form: your name, company, phone number, email address, and the details of the load you want moved. We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to arrange and carry out the work. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

How it reaches us

When you use the quote form, your email app prepares a message to us; nothing is sent until you press send. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with those providers when you visit.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your request and, where you become a client, for as long as tax and business-record laws require. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email admin@verinalogistics.co.za. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our mailbox is limited to the people who handle your request.
